Information in English

Welcome to Sunnfjord kulturskule! (Sunnfjord School of Music and Performing Arts)

Here you can find a short introduction of who we are and what we offer in English.

What is a “kulturskule”?

Our goal is to be a "School of Music and Performing Arts for everyone".
We offer lessons in art, theater, and music in the afternoons after school hours throughout the Sunnfjord municipality.

Our students have a lesson with one of our School of Music and Performing Arts teachers once a week.
Our students will learn, experience, create, and communicate art and culture through their own activities and in collaboration with others.

During a School of Music and Performing Arts year, we produce our own performances, concerts, and exhibitions.
We work closely with schools and kindergartens to create a positive environment for children's development.
